With our close proximity to water, rock, surf & rivers adventure is only minutes away.All that's left for you to do is pick a course and join us at the centre where you can learn, have fun and feel the adventure in the safe hands of our qualified experienced instructors.

Whether you are a school group, work colleagues, or simply a group of friends, join us for an exhilarating day out at the historic Old Head of Kinsale. Our instructors will demonstrate techniques you will need to "top out" and set up the climbs that best suit your groups ability. All safety equipment and instructor supervision is included.

If you have caught the climbing bug after a fun day out with us or if you have climbed before and want to learn more, book one of our Rock Climbing Courses. Our instructors will teach you rope handling skills, belaying and how to tie all the necessary knots.
